Our Photos in Business Insider: AI Insider Executive Dinner at SF Tech Week

During SF Tech Week 2026, Business Insider's AI Insider hosted "The Great Coding Reset," a private executive dinner in San Francisco sponsored by Dash0. JY Studio was the photographer in the room, and a few days later Business Insider published our photos in Alistair Barr's article "17 tech executives reveal how AI agents are changing work and hiring," credited to JY Studio.

AI Insider is Business Insider's franchise covering the money, work, and power being reshaped by AI, led by Alistair Barr, author of the AI Insider newsletter and Business Insider's former Global Tech Editor. For SF Tech Week, AI Insider gathered CTOs, CEOs, and engineering leaders around one long table for an on-the-record conversation about how AI agents are actually being used inside companies.

The conversation covered why context matters more than smarter models for AI agents at work, how hiring is shifting toward a "barbell" of senior engineers and AI-native graduates, how AI is making some software optional, and what work we will laugh about doing manually two years from now. An executive roundtable is a very different assignment from a conference keynote. The guests are senior, the room is small and dim, and the conversation is the whole point. Our job was to capture it without becoming part of it, and to hand Business Insider images that work next to a news story.
